Awareness and Vipassanā Meditation
Abstract
Today’s life is very fast. Common man does everything mechanically.
He either thinks about past or dreams about future. He is not giving attention to the present moment. He is not aware.
Teachings of Buddha are useful even today especially his vipassana meditation technique.
With help of vipassanā, we live in the present. Awareness can be developed with help of vipassana meditation
This research paper discusses the relationship between vipassana meditation and awareness and how vipassanā meditation technique is useful in daily life to increase efficiency.
